RUNNING LATE
If you are going to be late, please let me know ASAP via text message.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment.
This would be considered a last minute-cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.
Last minute cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may require a
$25 cancellation fee to be paid before you can reschedule your appointment
NO- SHOWS
No shows will require 50% of services booked to be paid,
as well as a $25 cancellation fee to be paid
before booking another appointment.
Clients who no show more than once will be banned from booking.
ADJUSTMENTS
Small adjustments for all cut and color services can be made free of charge
within 7 days of services preformed if not 100% satisfied,
based on what was discussed in the consultation
